Business Process Analyst Warren Averett Staffing is working with a large financial institution who is seeking a Business Process Analyst Job Description Business Process Analyst effectively analyzes and improves business processes for sustained improvement.
Additional responsibilities include:
Supports the creation of the process management infrastructure committed to ongoing process management and improvement Partners with process owners to understand current state processes and scope Utilizes process tools / deliverables within the parameters of the project Defines and documents current state environment / capabilities to assess potential risks and impacts Conducts various types of analysis including GAP analysis, SWOT and industry analysis Reengineering process inefficiencies and creating associated process measurement tools and routines Participates in conceptual Design sessions with business partners to draft high:
level target state Creates business cases and multi:
generational implementation plans for existing and proposed initiatives Manages process improvement implementation plan Prioritizes solutions based on various factors including cost, benefit, risk, ease of implementation, etc.
Determines performance metrics and measurement tools and routines Preferred Qualifications 5
years of Business Analysis and Process Reengineering experience Demonstrated analytical thinking and associated results Advanced MS Office (specifically Excel) Proven ability to analyze multiple complex factors in determining conclusions Ability to document and communicate hypothesis based on findings from analysis Source:
