Senior Software Analyst Assist in projectplanning activities such as scope definition, requirements gathering and documentation, time/resource and budget estimation.
Work closely with customer business units and staff to understand their requirements and develop solutions to effectively meet their needs.
Manage numerous business automation projects involving application development, delivery, and on:
going support to customer business units based on agreed SLAs.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Analyze, design, prototype, test, develop/enhance applications, production support, including requirements gathering, estimating and documentation Interact regularly with customer users and the OnBase support community Run and monitor software programs and applications according to specifications, troubleshoot and support production systems Desired Skills and Experience?
