Work with the management team to develop a comprehensive and successful CUCM architecture that meets current and future business requirements Design and implementation of advanced Unified Communications solutions (mobile) Desired Skills and
Experience:
Experience with Cisco Voice Technologies supporting a geographically distributed voice environment of at least 5k users Cisco CCNP Voice/CCVP certification are a plus Mastery of CiscoUnified Communications Manager 7.

x Experience designing or supporting UCCE 7.

x is desired Experience with CVP deployments for Conact Center Experience with SIP signaling and SIP offerings Strong communication skills including creating diagrams with Visio Strong documentation skills Strong understanding of QoS concepts and implementations of layer 2 and 3 Experience with Cisco IOS CLI on ISR platforms and LAN switches for voice integrated networks Understanding of legacy networks (ISDN, analog trunks) Knowledge of faxing protocols MGCP, T38 and G711 Basic understanding of WAN technologes :
