Fitness Sales Manager - Thrive Training Systems (Decatur, AL)
Company Description Job Description (INSERT CLUB NAME) is looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Manager to be a part of our team.

This position is a Personal Training Sales position, and a certification is not required.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Developing a high performing team.
o Achieving measurable results.
o Creating an environment of mutual respect, trust and accountability.
o Delivering a high level of customer service.
o Assisting with hiring/schedules, and performance evaluations for Personal Trainers.
o Must be able to demonstrate proven track record in leadership and goal attainment.
Responsible for the successful attainment of company targets, including revenue and client retention.
o Responsible for driving and communicating company operational procedures and standards.
o Selling introductory certified personal training sessions.
o Ensuring Trainers are consistent in punctuality, dress code compliance, and customer service focus.
o Assisting with ongoing training and educational programs for Trainers.
o Conducting fitness evaluations and orientations.
o Tracking new members' assessments.
Job Requirements:
o Must be articulate both verbally and in writing.
o Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through.
o Detailed oriented.
o Able to multi task and work with minimal supervision.
o Minimum 2 year in supervisory/management role in a health club environment preferred, including direct experience in profit and loss management, revenue generation and people management.
o Experience leading and motivating a team.
o College degree in Exercise Science or related field and multiple certifications from a nationally recognized certifying agency in the fitness field, i.
e.
ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or AFAA preferred.
o Computer literacy.
o Ability to use and operate exercise equipment.
o Physical demands include ability to walk through all areas of clubs, climbing stairs (where applicable), repetitive squatting, bending and lifting, restacking of weights, moving of equipment as necessary and ability to demonstrate other exercise movements as part of a personal fitness workout.
o AED/CPR Certified Salary $24,000-$30,000 based on experience base pay
commissions.
