Umi Japanese Steak House We are looking for experienced manager in food industry for a part time position.
Qualifications include the following.

--2 years min.
Experience in front of the house -- Alabama food handlers certificate -- a schedule builder for servers and hostess -- hiring and firing of workers -- closing duties of restaurants that include servers close outs and register -- food quality insurance to be to high standards/expeditor -- Some bar tending experience -- control of vendors --bonus-- If you got marketing skills and if you succeed.
