This position will have responsibility for supporting internal and external communications initiatives for a global beauty brand, via proactive and reactive media relations, Web communications, internal publications, and both trade and consumer media.
This is a writing-intensive role, requiring a nuanced sense of audience and message, suitable for someone who is both outgoing and strategic.
In addition, this role needs to liaise on a daily basis with other groups within the company to assure our initiatives are fully integrated and communicated to the sales field and internal environment.
2-4 years of industry communications/PR experience is preferred.
In addition, someone comfortable with a fast-paced environment, juggling regularly shifting priorities, with a results-oriented approach, will be best poised for success.
This position will support the Assistant Manager, reports to Director of Integrated Marketing Communications (Public Relations) and interfaces regularly with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
-2-4 years of experience in Public Relations; beauty experience preferred -Bachelors' degree required -Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
