Accounting Responsibilities Duties:
Accounts Payable & Receivable Monthly financials:
P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow Monthly Tax Reporting various states Payroll and all Payroll Quarterlies Annual Budgeting Monthly Forecasting Process payments via in-house CRM/EFT Understand FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) and how it relates between franchisee and franchisor Office Manager Duties:
Maintain office and relationships with vendors/landlord Evaluate and make recommendations on office equipment as needed Human Resource Duties:
Maintain Handbook and Personnel Files Post and review resume s for internal positions available Administer 401 (k) & Flex-Spending Accounts Training Duties:
Classroom training new franchisees QuickBooks basics and business operation economics Educate and monitor franchisee s requirement on E & O insurance Skills Required:
Expert level QuickBooks Pro Office Suite of Software proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point Requirement:
Bachelor s Degree 4 5 Year Accounting Experience Madison/Huntsville, AL Salary DOE Source:
