Tower Foreman / Team Leads and Top Hands

BlueStream currently has over 100 full-time, in-house tower crews and we are looking to hire 30-40 additional Tower Foreman/Leads and Tophand climbers.
Must live in or will relocate to one of the following markets:
IA, MN, OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS, TX, AR, OK
Job Description:
As a Foreman/Lead you will plan each day's tasks and assign them to crew members.
Sweep, PIM, and Fiber Test.
Understand and comply with DOT regulations.
Accurately complete travel expense reports and time sheets on time.
Complete job closeout documentation on time.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years continuous experience as a tower tech with the demonstrated ability to lead and manage crews.
Must be able to pass a thorough drug and background test.
Ability to travel as needed.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and climb for extended periods of time.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work overtime as needed including nights and weekends.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be computer literate.
Preferred Skills, Certifications, etc:
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certifications RF Awareness certification DOT health card PIM and/or Anritsu certification BlueStream
Benefits:
Extensive Training All employees are given their own hotel room with transportation to and from the training facility.
All climbers are issued new climbing equipment.
The work rotation is 4 weeks on and 1 week off unless otherwise stated.
Leads/Foremen are equipped with laptops, iPhones, gas cards, company trucks, and trailers.
