IT administrator duties and responsibilities Maintaining all the computer systems in the Manufacturing facility Must know ERP-Sage X3 Understand Just in Time Delivery Systems and the importance IT's role is to the successful completion of orders. Set up new users and work stations Configuring the systems and updating them with latest software upgrades and security measures under the direction of Corporate IT Director Regularly monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues of the company In case of system failure, inform Corporate and customers and take measures to solve the problem at the earliest Perform regular performance and efficiency checks of computers in the Work as a team member IT administrator skills and specifications Up to date knowledge regarding systems hardware, software and connectivity Good communication skills Ability to gauge risk factors and avert trouble Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills Good team spirit Excellent observation and analytic skills IT administrator education and qualifications Minimum two year college/technical degree in computer science or information technology Experience of work in the IT industry of at least three to five years is required IT administrator salary Salary varies as per education, experience and place of work Salary ranges up to $
