Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain wholesaler account records in Microsoft CRM database Responsible for creating and maintaining the company's wholesaler account records and updating existing account records Responsible for obtaining wholesaler movement data from wholesaler partners Responsible for compiling and importing electronic data into the company's reporting system Accountable for auditing and maintaining electronic movement data In charge of communicating compliance and growth issues to the sales force Responsible for managing the wholesaler agreement and approval process Use the OLAP cube function in Excel to pull wholesaler data and retailer data Create sales accounts and opportunities in CRM and Expesite Assign tasks to the company's sales/operations field representatives for visiting sales leads and customers that use Company's branded items in Expesite Conduct weekly wholesaler meetings with Operations to discuss variance reports and compliance issues Requirements:
A degree in Business Management, or related field, is required.
Related long-term experiences and job specific training in the following areas:
Wholesaler positions within a food-related organization, building wholesaler relationships, database entries due to wholesale movement reports.
A minimum of one to three years of experience in wholesale operations is required.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with a manufacturing software package would also be advantageous.
CRM, SAS, ERP Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills; must be able to organize and coordinate across departmental lines.
Must be able to speak to the sales force, wholesalers and retailers - on the phone, and conduct a meeting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
