Job Description:
Assist in Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling of Production shift activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan Production activities.
Coordinate daily activity.
- Organize, distribute activities to other production associates.
- Leader :
communicate the activities and follow through with production associates - Process incoming packages (equipment inspection, work order generation) and document discrepancies - Professionally communicate over the phone with management, sales and supervision regarding status of orders - Responsible for ensuring accuracy of all documentation - Ensure production associates follow processes and procedures Special Physical Requirements:
- Ability to physically pick up products for long periods of time - Climb up and down several times from forklift - Ability to lift 50 pounds communications)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, prefer Associates Degree, 1:
