TEAM BENDERS Because the Benders believe in encouraging success in their members by creating engaging fitness experiences, all of their facilities group fitness schedules include the Les Mills Programs BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, and BODYFLOW.
All classes at Benders Gym, both Les Mills Programs and any free style class offerings, are led by fully trained and certified group fitness instructors.
In addition, Benders Gym facilities now offers a number of personal training packages to meet your specific needs and goals.
Job Description:
Purpose The Child Care Worker will support the child care needs of the facility during the scheduled and posted hours.
Roles and Responsibilities - Greet parents at the door must be approachable, friendly, and professional at all times - Each child's needs must be addressed at all times - Ensure all children are accounted for requiring parents to sign in/out children being supervised - Ensure that no food or drinks are brought into the child care play area - Maintain a calm and controlled environment, not allowing minor children to become destructive,disruptive, or abusive towards each other - Greeting and acknowledging each parent and child with an introduction including childcare worker's name - Interacting with parents, suggesting that the children bring toys from home - Playroom must be cleaned by the end of each shift this includes wiping down all toys, furniture, walls andwindows and returning any cleaning products to their proper storage area.
Garbage must be taken out atthe end of each shift.
- May not bring reading material or homework to complete during scheduled hours - May not use/possess cell phone or other electronic equipment during their scheduled hours - Are expected to be productive during scheduled hours when no children are in the waiting area - When no children are in the waiting area, the Child Care Worker will be assigned tasks by the Director ofChildcare and/or Facility Manager.
These may include housekeeping support, viewing security cameras,organizing storage areas, etc.
It is the responsibility of the child care worker to inform the facility manageror on duty staff when there are no children present and tasks need to be assigned to Source:
